Most pawttery are microwave and dishwasher safe, unless otherwise mentioned in the description. A dishwasher can be a rather aggressive way to wash. I recommend using non-abrasive hand washing methods to preserve the piece’s fresh feeling.
You can buy my work at Handmade House (Saskatoon, SK) and at Alt Haus (Saskatoon, SK).

All orders are shipped exclusively through Canada Post with a tracked parcel service. To give approximately equal access to customers, I have determined fixed shipping prices within each country. This price includes postage, shipping materials, and the labour required to process shipments. Depending on the recipient’s address within a country, there will be some slight variation for the actual postage, but this is accounted in the shipping price.Approximate Shipping Cost to Canada starts at 32CAD to USA starts at 38CAD to Europe starts at 30CAD (Surface, No Tracking) to Taiwan starts at 30CAD (Surface, No Tracking) to Australia starts at 32CAD (Surface, No Tracking)
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and delivered by your local postal service. Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days from time the order is placed. Please track your package on via canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301 for Canada Post Customer Service. For International Surface Shipping, it will take 2-3 month to Asia and Australia, 1-2 month to Europe.

I personally pack every order very carefully to ensure that your item arrives in good condition. If the piece is damaged upon arrival, please email me with photos and your order information. Canada Post does not insure against damage to ceramic or pottery items, so I will personally refund you the full amount of the piece and the shipping cost.
Yes. Everything in my shop is handmade by me, so each piece is a bit different from the next. Because of these small variations, I do my best to photograph each piece to highlight the differences. When you are making your selection, the photos are of the actual piece you will receive.
This web-store runs on a first-checkout basis. This means that if someone purchases an item which was in your cart, then you won’t be able to purchase anymore. Multiple customers can have the same item in their own cart, but only one person is able to purchase it.
Yes. In the 24 hours prior to the shop update, there will be a preview period so you can get a better idea of what you might like to purchase. If you wish to know about my shop update times, previews, and news, please subscribe to my newsletter!
No. There is no ability to reserve an item without purchasing it. The only way to guarantee claim to an item is to complete the checkout process.
Typically, I do not do custom work. If you see a piece in my shop which is sold out, but would really like to have, please email me and I will likely be able to make more for you. Of course, it will not be identical to the photos in the shop because each piece is unique.
Packaging supplies are sourced from reused materials, when possible.
